Pay Online

The Guntersville Water Board has partnered with NexBillPay to extend additional payment options for customers interested in using their check, debit card or credit card to pay their bill. NexBillPay is a trusted third party automated payment service that allows you to pay your Water bill online.

Requirements: You will need your Guntersville Water Board Account Number and PIN from your printed billing statement in order to make a payment online. If you don't have your billing statement handy, you may request your Account Number by calling Guntersville Water Board at (256)-582-5931.

NexBillPay charges a small service fee for each transaction processed online. Guntersville Water Board does not keep any part of the NexBillPay service fee. The NexBillPay service fee will be disclosed prior to completing your transaction.

To Make A Payment Online:

• Click here, or the Pay My Bill button at the top of this page.
• Enter all requested information on the NexBillPay payment site. Make sure to enter the correct Account Number and PIN. If your payment does not include the PIN, your account will be considered late and late fees will apply.
• Choose either to pay by echeck or credit card. The NexBillPay fee will be disclosed to you prior to completing your transaction.
• Once your payment is approved your receipt will be emailed to the email address you provided. You may also print your receipt if needed. Pay your bill over the phone 24/7. You will need your Guntersville Water Board Account Number and PIN from your printed billing statement in order to make a payment over the phone. If you don't have your billing statement handy, you may request your Account Number and PIN by calling Guntersville Water Board at (256)-582-5931.

The Guntersville Water Board's business office is located at 705 Blount Avenue. Our lobby hours are 10:00am to 3:00pm, Monday—Friday. Our drive-thru is open 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday—Friday.
